Returns & Exchanges

At SABO, we want you to love your new pieces, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email with your store credit voucher or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days.
